The fundamentals of Islamic economics, banking, and management are a set of principles and concepts derived from the Qur'an, Sunnah, Ijma', and Qiyas (consensus), aimed at achieving justice, balance, and welfare in economic and business activities. The main underlying principles include monotheism (tawhid), justice ('adl), trustworthiness (amanah), honesty, and social responsibility, as well as the prohibition of riba (usury), gharar (gharar), and maysir (gambling).

In Islamic economics, these fundamentals encompass the concepts of property ownership, wealth distribution, ethical production and consumption, and the achievement of sharia objectives (maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah). In Islamic banking, these principles are realized through the implementation of sharia contracts such as mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah, ijarah, and other contracts based on the principles of profit-sharing, justice, and transparency. Meanwhile, sharia management emphasizes the implementation of management functions that include planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising by upholding Islamic values, work ethics, deliberation, and leadership based on trust.
